We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your check in closure to account for any queues.

If you're running late, don't worry. Most of our tickets (exclusions apply) offer a +/- 5-hour window where you can arrive at the port and be placed on the next available sailing.

Please have your booking reference and any other necessary paperwork ready and easily accessible in the front of your car. No time for a last rummage in the boot when you’re at check-in!

Passports/Identity cards are not required for UK citizens on this route.

Travelling with Pets

Are you bringing your loyal companion? Pets must stay in a vehicle for the duration of the crossing. We are unable to accommodate foot passengers with pets at this time.
