Have you sorted parking? 

There is limited, free, unsupervised parking near the terminal building.

Please keep in mind that vehicles are left at the owner's risk. 

What do you need to have at check-in? 

- Booking reference

- Passport(s)

- Any additional paperwork required to travel e.g. pet documentation

Please have all of your documents ready and easily accessible in the front of your vehicle. No time for a last rummage in the boot when you're at check-in!

Shh, we're sleeping: Car Alarms

Nobody wants to hear car alarms in the middle of the night. Make sure that your vehicle alarm is off for the duration of the crossing as the movement of the ship can cause it to sound.

You'll have time to do this once you're parked on the car deck, before you proceed onto the passenger area. Instructions on how to turn the alarm off should be in your vehicle manual/handbook.

Travelling with pets 

Are you bringing your loyal companion? Please ensure that you've booked them an appropriately sized kennel.  

For their wellbeing, no animals are allowed to stay in vehicles throughout the crossing. Alternatively, you can book a dog-friendly cabin to keep your canine companion with you.

The rules for traveling with your furry friend (or not furry, no judgement here) have changed a bit since Brexit, so make sure you're aware of the new rules. If you're unsure, check this link.

Coach Transfers From Hull & Europoort

Both the Amsterdam and Rotterdam coach transfers leave the port at 09:30h (Mon-Fri) and 09:45h (Sat-Sun).

Amsterdam:

It is an approx 1hr 30 min journey to Amsterdam.

We know you're excited to explore the city, but please keep in mind that, due to some law changes in Amsterdam, we are no longer allowed to drive coaches into the city.

As a result, there is an approximately 25 minutes walk from the drop off point to the city centre, or there is a nearby tram which will take you directly to the heart of Amsterdam.

As sad as we know you'll be to leave, please ensure you arrive for your pick up before 17:00 as it will depart promptly.

Your drop off/pick up point is:

Piet Heinkade 95 coach stop (next to the Just Eat takeaway) Or you can use what3words: ///refuses.when.appendix

Your coach transfer is with the Betuwe Company.

Rotterdam:

It is an approx 45 min journey to Rotterdam.

Don't be too sad when heading to your pick up point, you still have a whole night of cruising ahead of you!

Please ensure you arrive at your pick up point before 17:00 as the coach will depart promptly.

Your drop off/pick up point is:

Bus Stop International on Conradstraat, (next to the central station & close to the last bus stop HH) Or you can use what3words: ///smashes.closer.copes

Your transfer is with the Betuwe Coach Company.

Hull City Centre:

This bus transfer leaves the Hull Terminal building at 08:00 Mon-Fri / 09:00 Sat-Sun.

It is an approx 20 min journey to the City Centre.

As sad as we know you'll be to leave, please ensure you arrive for your pick up before 17:30 as it will depart promptly.

Your drop off/pick up point is:

Stand 3, Hull Paragon Interchange (Opposite the St. Stephens shopping centre) Or you can use what3words: ///case.quench.also

Your bus transfer is with Stagecoach.

York:

This coach transfer leaves the Hull Terminal building at 08:45.

It is an approx 1 hr 30 min journey to York.

Don't be too sad when heading to your pick up point, you still have a whole night of cruising ahead of you!

Please ensure you arrive at your pick up point before 16:00 as the coach will depart promptly.
